Our Team

Meet Natalie, the founder of Zeri Health, Inc. She is the heart and hands of this company, a jill of all trades, but most importantly, a resource for the community!

She has a passion for learning, maternal-child health, farm fresh produce, the outdoors, and deep belly laughs.

Her credentials include a B.S. in Health Science, CAMTC certification as a massage therapist, DONA certification as a postpartum doula, ALPP certification as a lactation counselor, BFLA certification as a lactation educator specialist, and DONA birth doula training.

She is a trusted professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), DONA International, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and Matrikas.

She has pursued advanced training across several disciplines, including clinical breastfeeding management through Breastfeed LA, prenatal massage through Body Therapy Education with Carole Osborne, and acupressure for postpartum care, pregnancy care, and labor support at the Acumassage Therapy Center under Nicholas Olow, M.S., L.Ac. She has also completed a Freedom From Pain Institute training in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), founded by the late Erik Dalton.

Her volunteer work includes two years in patient hospitality at Saint John's Hospital in Santa Monica, CA, and 10 on-and-off years as a pro-bono doula with The Joy In Birthing Foundation.

Her master's in applied clinical informatics at Vanderbilt is the next chapter of the same instinct that started her business: noticing where the gaps are and building something to fill them. She's studying how clinical health information, technology, and care workflows fit together so that families get continuity instead of chaos and so the small, human parts of perinatal care don't get lost in the paperwork.

She looks forward to being a dedicated team member to anyone’s care plan.
